Ticket Refund Policy
No refunds are given unless for any reason the masterclass or any other type of event you've purchased ticket for is cancelled.
If the class is cancelled a full refund will be issued to your bank account within 5 business days.
If for whatever reason you can't attend the event, you can sell or gift the ticket to someone else.
Please make sure you contacted and informed us about this via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Otherwise person who will show up at the event with your ticket won't be able to participate.
If you re-selling your ticket to someone else, please note that re-selling price can't be higher than the original price you've paid for a ticket, otherwise your ticket won't be valid.
